B C Jindal Foundation partnered with organizations are providing healthcare services to communities comes from weaker section of society. The Foundation is running a Day-care hospital in Delhi, organizing health camps in the areas where primary healthcare services are not available, providing nutritious food to children and homeless people, providing support to organizations for care of mentally challenged and elderly people etc.

When it comes to economic empowerment strategies for communities, skilling and livelihood support are most significant aspect to consider and build upon. In the era of massive industrialization in India, the gap of demand and supply of skilled workforce is widening in almost every sectors. To build skill sets across all the target groups youth, adolescent, women etc, the Foundation has initiated skill trainings with various likeminded organization and offering trainings in sewing machine operator, plumbing, electricians and customer relationship executives. In addition to this, the beneficiaries are being provided career counselling and employment assistance too.

There are many community projects which are being implemented based on needs and are considered as important initiatives for community development. The Foundation is running such projects in association with different organizations i.e. under animal welfare-providing fodder support to stray animals, providing support to Govt. schools around business locations, transforming lives of farmers by enhancing their income, constructing community infra structure like sanitation units, water facility, community hall etc.The Foundation has established a Community Centre at Nalwa at Hisar and initiating activities like Community library, career counselling, promoting art and culture through different activities etc.
